Hello sorry for not blogging i have been caught up in somethings. well we are going to talk about bullying. when you are bullied and this is coming from my experiance well not experiance. this has been going on lately. there are many different ways off bullying. there is physical like hands on, then there is verbally which is calling you names like slut whore dirtbag emo etc. umm lets se there is cyber bullying which is also a big one. wether it is through facebook or twitter as long as its over the internet its cyber bullying. when you are being bullied i know it is hard. Your days seem like the worst. and they may just be the worst. The people that it may be coming from may be jealous of you, they have low self confidence and wanna make them selves feel better about them selves by making you feel bad. There is also the possibility they like you. They are trying to show off to their friends but ya kno they can do that through other ways. certain people cope with bullying different ways. like i said in my other post they may cut or burn or they will find other ways to deal with it. after a while it may be a good idea to get a counciler they are great to talk to. they are under the obligation that what you tell you they dont have to say anything to ur parents and what not. some people may experiance depression its good to go to the doctor and get that checked out. some people may be diagnosed with eating disorders like anorexia or bolemic. but you should tell your parents and if comforatable talk to them about it. my parents always tell me "trust your parents judgments " and i have learned from that. so i hope this helps thank you for reading :)

what happens when you are depressed?

Hello everyone. What does happen when your depressed? Well for starters your days seem to get longer. You no longer have the energy or the erge to do the things you love. Depression isn't always mentally, it can also be physical. You want to sleep more and don't want to be around people. Sometimes in dpression you will do things that you may regret when you get older. Like self-harming, such as burning, cutting, bruising, now we know this isn't good but we all have different ways to cope with things. Deppression is a very serious thing you should go see your family doctor about it. Me for instinst have gone through depression -and self- harmed. A good thing to do is go talk to a counciler daily. I now have a counciler and it has been helping. There is a difference between being depressed and being sad. Being sad is way different. Lets say your boyfriend broke up with you and you say " oh im depressed cause my boyfriend broke up with me and I loved him", thats not being depressed that is being sad. so I have given this all of my thought thanks for reading :) I hope this helps.

When we are teens.

Now we all know that when we are teens we get a lecture from our parents about pure pressure and what to do. It is very annoying thats coming from my perspective. I personally have had that lecture more than once. Now you know there will be pure pressure like when people will ask you for a smoke or more the less pot. If you say no and they keep bugging that is pure pressure. Sometimes all you have to do is walk away. If you decide to take that pot thats your choice. But you may pay the conciquences. Pure pressure is all around you. If you see someone being pressured with anything. Find the courage in yourself to go up and tell them, " If he doesnt want to do that you can't make him," and try to be polite about it.
